These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Summit Mechanical, including HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services. By utilizing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Summit Mechanical provides a 30-day service warranty on labor for all service work. We also inform our customers of the limited-time warranty on any parts that are replaced during service. For new installations, we offer a 5-year warranty on both parts and labor. Additionally, we handle the registration of equipment on behalf of our customers and ensure they receive the certificates of extended warranties.
All equipment and materials provided by Summit MechanicalMechanical during service remain the property of Summit MechanicalMechanical until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of the equipment and materials is transferred to the customer.
Payment for services rendered is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees, and Summit Mechanicalreserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
Summit Mechanical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Summit Mechanical reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
